LEAD TIMES

DO YOU NEED YOUR ORDER SOONER OR HAVE A FIXED DEADLINE?

If you have a fixed or urgent delivery deadline, we can usually help meet it. We are always ready to pull out all the stops and work with you on priority events. Please call, or email us to discuss and confirm before ordering, so we can be sure to meet your required date.

We normally allow between 3 - 4 weeks for production of your order.

Current lead times are showed on the top of our website please check, if you need your order urgently!

Please note: Our lead times do fluctuate throughout the year. please feel free to contact us to confirm current lead times especially if you’re ordering large quantities.

As we hand craft all our products our lead times maybe slightly longer. We take care and pride in every single order and never compromise on our exceptional quality.

YOUR DELIVERY

Due to the varying size & shape of our products, we hand deliver orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We do not use palletised or national courier services. If access to the delivery address is restricted, please let us know so that additional instructions can be passed on to the driver. If you are unable to be in when the goods are delivered, we are happy to leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour with your permission as rescheduling your delivery date may result in a delay.

For smaller items we may use Parcelforce 24 for delivery.
